Watching Over You

Are you a person that everyone seems to envy, jealous of or hate? Isn't it funny that people always seem to have you in their conversations and you seem to be the one people always talk about? Don't you hate it when people spread lies and even more when they lie about you? Do you happen to have an ex- spouse, family member or friend that seem to always have a grudge or bone to pick with you. And then, they are the ones that are always saying something, bad, wrong or negative about you? Do you often find yourself defending yourself, for who you are or for what others may think you ? Chances are if you lived long enough your answer may be yes to, two or more of these questions. Since the days before Jesus,  people have always been around spreading rumors or lies and are always envious of people who want to do the right thing. Then there are other people out there that will always bring up your past. These people will do their best to make sure you and others know how bad of a person you used too be or what you used to do. But what makes it so sad, is when family members or your spouse are the ones that are envious, jealous or the ones to hate you. These are the people that are suppose to love you and support you. But like my late grandmother used to always say, if someone is talking about you, then you must be doing something right or she would also say ,baby if they talked and lied about, Jesus what makes you think they will not do the same to you?

 What each of us should always realize is that even though we may not be doing anything wrong we all will always have enemies. The devil hates it when we are trying to better ourselves and he hate us even more when we strive to live like Christ. But be not afraid because our Father in Heaven and his son Jesus, will always be on our side. They will fight our battles and then  all of our enemies will be beneath our feet. God is mighty in battle and will defeat the wicked or evil. So stay humble, even when you are being lied on or falsely accused.. Be like Jesus stay faithful and be patient, because in the end he was back in Heaven with all the glory and praise. So shall the people who are on the path to righteousness. Be not discouraged, because our Father in Heaven and his son Jesus is watching over you. Even though people may talk about you, hate you ,lie on you and bring up your past. God our Father in Heaven will always love you and be by your side.
