Some people when they have problems or troubles , try to escape or run away from them. They may move to another city, state or even another country just to hide from or to get away from the current or past situations. Then their are others that may try to leave their family, marriage or church behind in hopes of finding a better life. Only to discover, that it does not matter how far a person may go or how far they may travel, their problems or troubles will catch right back up with them. My mother used to always say these two very true statements; You can run but you can never hide or avoid your problems or troubles. So face them, she would say, like a real man or woman, because they are yours and deal with it! Her other statement that I really love was " Sometimes, you have to go through the bad, just to get too the good".What she meant by this was , in life we all have to go through something and she also meant that life may be hard but its fair. Why some may ask? God does not spare any of us from our own share of troubles or problems. He does not care if we are rich or poor and in his mind we are all equal . All of us at one point of time of our lives, will suffer and have problems. Just like his son Jesus Christ who never sinned or lied and never made a mistake, be he too suffered , then latter died on the cross for our sins. So shall we suffer the same fate! To achieve or to get anything in life ,sometimes a person will have to go through many storms, in order to reach the promise land or to get their blessings. Gods promise to us all, is that if we remain faithful, trust only in him , fear him and trust that he will provide. He will bless those who stay that way abundantly for as long as they shall live. Why you may ask? For his glory, for the glory of God! We get the blessing, God gets all the glory for our salvation and for our many victories to come.
Have a blessed night,
Charles
