God Our Father in Heaven, love us all and is waiting to bless us. I often hear people say, that when they have a problems, troubles in their relationships, marriages or in need of help ,they would say, "that they would have to wait on God". Well I think they have that backwards, because God is everywhere and knows all things. He knows your wants and your desires. He knows when you are in trouble, he knows when you are stressed, he also knows when you need help, wisdom or advice and God is always there for you.There is not a place on Earth that man can hide from God. For God our Father in Heaven knows all and sees all. God is not blind to our troubles and if we prayed more he will surly guide those who pray. God will never leave us no matter what we do and when in need ,all we have to do is ask and then it will be granted. Not on our time, but Gods time. God is always on time and God is good all the time. If you need God, you do not have to look far, because he is right there with you.God our Father in Heaven is always watching over you and will be there to protect you, if you just ask him too. Waiting on you to accept his son Jesus Christ, as your Lord and Savior. When you do, then you will enter a better world, where God blesses you more and you will want for nothing.
If you are in need of a blessing open up your eyes and read the Bible. Open up you heart because God wants to show you true love. Open up your mind so God can show you, your true purpose.On your journey in Christ always remember this statement ,"God will not bless a man or woman with a close mind, heart or door, so open yourself up to him". You say you are waiting on God for an answer, well I think not because , God our Father in Heaven is waiting on you.
Of all the things on this planet called Earth, love happens to be the most complicated subject to figure out. Since the beginning of time, both men and women have constantly asked themselves a series of questions like; What is it that men or women really want? Why are men or women so difficult or so hard to get alone with ? Why are men or women so moody? Why can't men or women stay loyal? Or where are all of the good men or women? Where is the man or woman that God has created especially for me? Where is my soul mate? Or the main question that we all ask is why is love so complicated? Why does love have to hurt or cause me pain? These are just some of the questions most people ask while being in love. If you ever been in love and thought hard about it, you will realize that love is a very powerful thing. Love is so powerful it can make both men or women do things that they never thought they would do. Love can make us all go to extensive lengths just to acquire true love. Both men or women would pay just for a chance at finding true love. Many have been known to change religions, leave their family or friends, even quit their jobs for a chance at true love. The power of love is so great, that many men or women would travel to the ends of the Earth just to find love. That is why millions of people world wide are searching for the soul mates over the internet,through personnel websites and social networks. Even the most powerful, wealthy men and women have a hard time finding true love. Even in prayer most would ask God himself to send them a man or woman that will love them for a lifetime. That is why when relationships or marriages fails it very heartbreaking .So heartbreaking that it crushes the spirit and make most decide to just give up on love. I have also heard both men and women say these very words, Maybe I am meant to be alone or maybe God does not want me to marry or to be happy. To those people I have one thing to say, God loves you and he wants you to be happy. God has created a special someone for each of his creations. But the main question that most people are afraid to ask is, "Why is true love so hard to find" or where or who is my soul mate ? After some careful study , a lot of reading, research and experience of my own, I think I have found out the reason why people have a hard time finding true love.
One of the reason why most men or women have a hard time coming together or finding their soul mates is because of the existing barriers, that both men or women have put between each other. In some cases some may think that their spouse has to be a certain race, size or religion to qualify to be their mate. Also both men and women need to do allot of soul searching, then look into the mirror. Because most people do not realize that when it comes to dating or love they do not have a clue,not even christians.
In most cases both men and women do not really know their roles or what God expects from them when it comes to love. One of the main reasons that I have found is first men and women have to Understand their roles before looking for a spouse or mate. Men have to know what God expects from them before they seek a wife and women have to know what's expected of them before they enter into a relationship or marriage. Another thing that I have found to be true especially from men, is that most do not know what to look for when seeking a mate. In the old days men often looked for women that resemble their mothers , but in today's time both men and women are influence by the media and television. I was once told by a very wise woman, that in order to find the perfect mate, you must first become the perfect match for what you seek. In other words before you can say you want a good man or woman, you have to be what you seek. God never intended on man or woman being alone, that is the main reason God created Adam and latter created Eve. But the question of today is why is it that both men and women have a hard time finding, then keeping their soul mates? The reason I have found is because in some cases men or women do not know or appreciate their spouses worth. For those who may question what I just wrote or have a hard understanding , what I mean by this last statement I have a couple of questions to ask you. (1) Your spouse or the person you are dating, what do they really mean to you? (2) Are you willing to make the necessary sacrifices to make the relationship or marriage work? (3) Don't you realize that the person you are dating or married to is a direct reflection of yourself? These three questions can not be answered with just a plain yes. These are questions that take some deep thinking. But in simple terms the person you are married to, the man or woman you love, should be a part of you. Which means to me is, when they cry, you cry, when they hurt ,you hurt when something bothers them, it should also bother you . The person you love, should be loved just as you would love yourself. That is why my mother always used to say, "If you have no love for yourself, there is no way you should be in position to love someone else". "Because if you do not love yourself or care about your own needs, then how can you be qualified to care for someone else's"? Love wouldn't be that complicated if we first learned how to love ourselves. And for those who do love themselves I have this to say, what ever you do for yourself, should be good enough for your spouse or mate. Give your husband or wife the same treatment or respect that you would expect from others. Love has no place for people that are selfish , overbearing, dominate or cruel. Like my mother used to always say treat people the way you want to be treated and love the one you would love as you would love yourself. Remember who ever you give your heart to, is a part of you and if you love them its not really that complicated. Love them for who they are, forgive them as you would expect them to forgive you and always remember this God first created man, then out of all of God creations, God took man , then created something new woman. Woman was created for man. When I think about this past statement, I just say wow! God loved man so much that he created something just for him. Men ask yourself this question, is there anything else in the world more beautiful then a woman? I think you will find out of all of God creations man was Gods favorite, why do you think he has given us so many chances? God loves us and we should love, then honor him always. We should all start as men or women, loving, respecting , then treating each other like kings or queens, because that is who we are. We heirs to the throne and we all need to start acting like it.

Did you know that you have power when you speak? In the bible Its says," In the beginning there was God and with God was the Word. Also the Bible says," You can speak thing into existence ". That means what you say can and will become possible. That's why we all have to be very careful when we speak or when we say things, because when we speak our words or our thoughts may become seeds that are soon to grow. Words have been known to start wars, to break up marriages, to start rumors, to crush people egos, ruin friendships, break up families and the list goes on and on. But if you use wisdom , think things out and then speak positive in the end you can or will get positive results. When talking to your mate , your children or your family members speak very carefully and always remember that they have feelings. Especially when becoming angry, because that is when most of us loose control then say harmful words ,that can or scar a person for lifetime. Once a word is spoken it can never be taken back and it will remain in a person memory forever.
As a Christian male, I know that as a friend or as an advisor that my words have the power to hurt, to heal,to inspire, to re-shape ,to destroy , to bring happiness, to bring sadness, stress and can even cause if spoken to the wrong person health problems. As a father or a family member I know that those very same words will have the same effect on them, as one would get from a relationship. There is an old saying that my late grandmother used to say which is," If you can't say nothing nice, then don't say anything at all ". She would go on to say," Baby we all get angry sometimes, but as a mature man or woman each of us should have control over our emotions. And then she would go on to always think before we speak. She would go on to say," The devil loves it when we become mad or angry, because he is the mist of it and he enjoys causing confusion. Its his job to seek or destroy, all families, marriages and relationships. If you allow him, he will break up your marriage, destroy your friendships and ruin your family for a lifetime.
To those who are blessed enough to read this, when angry go into another room, then say this simple prayer. Father God , I am angry, do not allow the devil the chance to guide my words, to influence my actions or decisions. Please take away these awful feelings and guide me with your wisdom. Don't allow the devil destroy my marriage, my family or to re-shape my children. Father guide me, change my heart and give me the right words to express my feelings in a Godly manner. With your love, your forgiveness, your strength, your wisdom , I know I can say or express myself in the right way and in the christian way. In Jesus name, we pray. Amen. With this prayer I know that, you will speak the right words and the positive spoken words will become a blessing to you and glorify our Father God in Heaven.

One of life greatest transitions is growing old, change and death. As I think about my own life, there came a time when I just had to accept a few facts. One I was getting older and it didn't matter what happen in my past, there was no way I could correct or fix the problems or mistakes of my past. I also had to realize that most of my problems were self inflicted or avoidable and if only I heeded God warnings then I wouldn't have been in those positions in the first place. Another thing I have realized that when our children grow up in to adults and there is a time when you just have to let go, then let God care for them. This past sentence reminds me of a statement my mother used to say, It will be a time when the chicks grow up into birds, then they will have to leave the nest. Its funny how fast they grow up and also how fast the years pass by. Now my children or as my mother would call them ,"My babies", are now grown up with children of their own. As my mother would say life goes on, so never take anything for granted especially your time, because its more valuable than gold and priceless. But the main thing I have realized that without God in my life, there would be no way I could have survived all of my trials , tribulations or troubles. There have been times in my life when life itself was so unbearable that I thought about giving up(But that only lasted a second). That is when my faith kicked in and then I prayed. I asked God to help me protect me then guide me through my storms, because at that time my life was out of control. I would say," Lord this is more than I can bare, please help me and show me the way out. Then just like God always does, he provides those who have faith, those who trust him and believe in him a way out.
I was asked once by a person who's faith was tested when he lost his daughter due to illness, Charles why does God allow good people to die or suffer?" Then he went on to say why do the young or those with so much potential die so early? He would go on to say, "Charles I do not know how I got over it or through it ! It was unbearable! Then I looked at him then said," God got you through it and it was her time to go". To those who are blessed to read this, God loves you. Even in times when life is hard, cruel and even when it seems unbearable. Even when you loose a love one due to death. God hears our prayers, he understands how it feels to loose someone close to him. He also know how it feels to suffer. How you may ask? How can the almighty God feel pain? Well when Gods son Jesus was beaten, hung on the cross , then God felt pain. It was his only son and it hurt him to see him suffer. God also feels pain when we hurt or when we feel pain, because each and everyone of us is his children. Also giving up on your life, your family, your spouse or even your children are not an option. Never give up, because giving up proves you lack real faith. The old saying is faith without works is just, like not believing in God. Trust God to guide you through your storms and be a witness to tell others. When life seems to be more than you can bare then turn your life over to Jesus, then your life will never be the same again. I will always remember what my late grandmother always used say, God will never put on you, More Than You Can Bare.

Isaiah 43:10 "You are my witnesses," declares the LORD, "and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor will there be one after me.
While living life each person will be presented with two types of ways to live their life. Many have the choice to either to live the right way or the wrong way.The question is are you living your life in the way, that pleases God or the wrong way that pleases the devil? The easy way to determine if you are living the right way or wrong way, is by your lifestyle. In today's society there are many types of ways a person can chose to live their life.Those ways are determine by the person or the persons living it and can be influenced by the media, the person or the persons that raised them or by the persons own thoughts or like we say it down south by our own minds. But in the Bible God only acknowledges only two, right or wrong. God only acknowledges people who follow the law or his word and those who do not follow law or break his commandments , then sin.
Thanks to my parents, I quickly learned the difference between right and wrong. Both my father and mother were very strict and were very quick to discipline me when I was wrong. As a child I never understood why my parents were so hard on me, but now as an adult I am forever grateful to them for being that way. Why you ask? Well as a child God blessed me at an early age to witness those were spoiled or those that were left along to think for themselves. Those people happen to be two of my very best friends one of them is no longer with us and the other is in jail. As I think about my two very good friends, I often think about how much they missed their parents giving them something that they lacked and needed, which was their parents love.
That is why I was grateful to my parents, because they made me work for everything I got and even though they were strict, they never let me forget how much they loved me. In today's world many equate love , with money,buying gifts, possessing material things, or with sex. Even though these things may be very important to some, in Gods world those things do not matter at all. You see is easy to determine if you are living a life that pleases God. Because a child of God has a life that's free of stress,drama and bad luck has no room to breath in a blessed persons life. But its also very easy to spot someone who is living in a way that doesn't please God. Even though they may posses many material things and may seem happy on the outside but on the inside they are lost. Because a person that is not living right or a person that is rich will never have peace. Drama, stress or pain is always present in their lives. Also a person that doesn't live right always have to fear the wrath of God, because of their bad choices. All of us through out our lifetimes have to make many important decisions in our lives, but the most important decision of all is either to live our life the right way that pleases God or the wrong way that pleases the flesh or the devil. Which will you chose? Right or Wrong.

One of the main obstacles many of us face everyday is dealing with the enemy(the devil) or with people like him who happen to be evil, envious, jealous, trash talking and back stabbing people. Lets face it there are a lot of judgmental or misguided evil people in the world and many of them really enjoy being that way. It seems today, being good, God-fearing or even just someone trying to earn an honest living is like being a minority. Why would I make a statement like this? Look at the world today and while you are taking your time observing, haven't you notice the lifestyles people now embracing? Its a shame to say, but there is a worldwide movement that's trying to destroy or discredit the words of God. Then there are others that are trying to change or manipulate Gods own word in order to please man or their own flesh. Its also sad to say that even when you are on your job trying to earn an honest living, you have to deal with evil people like co-workers. Some of those people believe it or not claim to be christian or God fearing people like yourself. Most of these people spread lies,start rumors, embrace hate and when you are not around they are busy talking about you behind your back. What's funny to me some of these people clam to be your most trusted friends, co-workers or relatives and in most cases they are the main ones trying to tear you down. Its enough to make anyone say, help me Jesus! In The Face Of Evil!
Even a routine trip to your favorite grocery store or mall can be a challenge within itself. Why? Because even there evil exist. One may have to be on the look out for a criminal that may be stalking you to take your hard earned money or one of your material possessions. Even at home these days its hard to avoid or escape evil. There some, may face an ungrateful child, a cheating husband or wife and when they get there they may have to argue, fuss or fight. If that isn't enough there is always a problem to solve that is not of their own. I was once asked a series of questions by a friend of mine, because she was having a hard time. How do I cope in a world where almost everyone is evil or embracing lifestyles that doesn't please God? How do I remain strong when there are so many people out there trying to tear me down? How do I avoid temptation when I am lonely or have no one to love or care for me? What do I do when people that have lifestyles, that make me uncomfortable approach me? How do I keep myself from becoming just like everyone else? What do I do when I am In The Face Of Evil? The easy answer to all these questions is to seek God and read your Bible. Draw your strength from him for the word says," Great strength comes from faith in God Zechariah 12:5". Even Jesus himself, Gods only son, had to face evil daily , so he often prayed and drew strength from his father. When the devil tried to lure Jesus into sin by temptation , he leaned on his fathers word , then rejected him. Jesus son of God, followed his Fathers instructions and never allowed the sins of the world to overtake him. That is what we as Christians, God-fearing and good people should do. Even though the world may be cruel or evil, we should never become slaves of the world. Instead we should embrace our good side or our God-fearing side especially, In The Face Of Evil!
To those who are blessed to read this I have some sound advice. Be aware of the world you live in and never be surprised when you are faced with evil. For it is written that the devil is the prince of the earth and he knows his day are numbered. His job is to seek and destroy. And he will use anybody to for his own purpose. We also need to learn what the face of evil looks like and learn how to deal with it when we face it. So take my advice when someone evil approaches you or tries to tear you down. Pray without fail, then know that the battle you face is not yours and the people who try to hard tear you down will have to face the wrath of God. Be confident for you are a child of God and God takes care of those who love him. Be patient for those who wait on the Lord will be forever blessed. Then forgive those who have sinned against you and place all of your burdens or troubles into the hands of the Lord. For God our Father in Heaven has all power and there is none greater than he that has created us.Your struggle is now over because God our Father in Heaven always answers prayers and always keeps his promises. When faced with evil all that one has to say, "The devil is a lie and I rebuke you in the mighty name of Jesus!" Then the devil shall flee and those who follow him or his ways will leave you alone forever. A word or verses from the bible a day, shall keep those who are evil and the devil away. In The Face Of Evil!

As I think about my many trials and tribulations, I often reflect how on every occasion God our Father in Heaven has guided me through all storms. God has been there for me through the thick and the thin, for better or for worse. He has been there for me when I was broke, sick and even when I lost faith in myself, God our Father in Heaven has stood by me, then help me regain both my faith and strength. God our Father in Heaven saw the best in me, when everyone else around me saw the worse in me. Like my mother would say, "The love of God is unconditional, its forgiving, its understanding and his love for us will never fade away. As I think about this last statement, it reminds me of the world and the people in it. They are very unforgiving, judgmental and a man or woman's love can be influenced or changed with the change of a season. It sad to say, but most people are only committed to themselves and few of them have a hard time doing that. That is why its so easy to love the Lord, because he loves us for who we are and for what we may become. For God our Father in Heaven only sees good in us and he sees potential . God knows that with the right drive , faith and determination anyone can do or be anything their heart desires. The reason why , is because he knows our future and he also knows our heart. God knows what man or woman does not and he also knows to the believer that our best days are ahead of us.
In the old days, men and women used to look at each other that way. Back then it didn't matter where you came from or who you were. When men and women looked at each other they too saw potential. They would say things, like he or she has a good heart and with my help they will become great. Back in the distant past, every great man had a great woman besides them. In today's world, the great man or woman are being torn down, by the very people that were suppose to love or support them. For those who may be happen to be blessed enough to read this journal, I offer you a little advice. Before you give your heart to another human being, first try giving it to God. Gods love will never fail and he will never leave you. God loves you so much, that even when you are lonely , he will provide you with a mate. I know to some who may read this may seem surprised that God will give them a mate. Well for proof of this I give you this verse. (Genesis 2:18 Then the LORD God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.”) God so loved man that he created woman. God wants every man and woman to have a suitable mate.(Proverbs 18:22 He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the LORD.) If we all really knew how much God loves us all, then we would love each other the way he loves us. I will never stop telling people how much I love God, because he is faithful, even when I am not. He has been there for me and helped me even when I was unworthy. That is why I love him so much and find its so easy to love the Lord I serve.
